Maxwells for Dinner was founded by Joseph Ardizon in Annapolis, MD. Made his bones (chef's talk) while serving a European style apprenticeship at the Diplomat Hotel in Florida, a 1300 hundred room hotel where he became Chef de Partie. He later joined Cox Hotels at the the Colony Square Hotel in Atlanta and collaborated with Volbro Inc in opening andnre-structuring several restaurants; Jim Porter's tavern and Casino in KY and Ice- a nightclub & restaurant in Rhode Island.
His cooking background and management expertise derives from formal training , education and hands on work and is influenced by his european heritage and extensive travels both is the US and abroad.
