How often do I have to use the service?

We deliver as often as you would like. There is a minimum of 10 full dinners. You may choose to have service on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.

What do I do to get started?

Simple , We need to spend about 20 minutes on the phone to explain the service to you. During this time we'll discuss what you and your family's favorite foods are what you don't like, any allergies or nutritional concerns and special diet needs. We explain how we do the service from start to finish-including  how to order and when to order.. If you like we can comer over for a tasting.

What are the weekly menus

Weekly menus is the way to place your order. Menus are changed weekly through out the year.You have around 12-14 dinners to choose from, Beef, Poultry, Pork, Veal,or Lamb, Seafood, Shellfish, Pasta ( We make our own )or Vegetarian  dishes, We Braised, Roast, Bake, Grill, Flash, Poached,Sautee and do Rotisserie too. There is a wide selection of vegetables and starches as well as Maxwell's signature tossed greens and fruit salad which you can order in place of your side dishes or buy a la carte.

How do I order
We  e-mail you a weekly menu  and an order format.The menu is very descriptive,. You filled your order format,save it to file and e-mail it back You receive a confirmation..You can order A la Carte ( the entree only ) or Entree with one or two side dishes. There is a minimum of 10 full dinners to an order.. Please refer to Cost  of Service for a full explanation.

What method can I use for payment?

Maxwell's for Dinner sends you a e-mail invoice itemizing your purchase ( menu items) You can pay directly from the invoice-using PayPal many choices of payments.You can also pay by check or cash.

How are meals packaged?

We do family packs based on your family and singles if you buy individual orders.  Dinners are packed in plastic sealable containers of your choice  Some  entrees are also  *vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. When your meals are delivered they arrive chilled.Heating or finishing instructions are provided by e-mail and  also left with the entrees.. *Vacuum sealed package keeps your food fresh for a longer period of time so you can avoid freezing. It also seals in flavor and maintain quality...

.Dinner is Served

Once every three months we like to personally serve you dinner. We bring our own equipment and tools, cook and clean the kitchen before we leave. You can see us in action and is a lot of fun. You can invite a few guests if you like. We feel is important to stay in touch and after all that is what Maxwell's is all about.:; Great Food-Great Service.
"Dinner is Served" is offered to our regular clients. The service is always free.you pay only for the food.

What is Express Delivery?

It is part of our regular service. We cook in our commercial kitchen and deliver your packaged meals to your home  at a time of your convenience. There is no extra charge for this service.
Express Delivery is available seven days a week

What is included with my entree?

You can order A la Carte which means the entree only or order the entree with one or two side dishes  . We also offer a  signature chilled dinner salad and a fruit salad as part of the side dishes. Our entrees are ample..Maxwells Classics offers you an all inclusive menus for larger groups where  dinners are fully cooked in your home. Niblers are sold by the gallon ( pouched in two bags ) and serve 4-6 pp.  They do not come  with an accompaniment.unless order as a dinner

Do I have to heat the food?

Yes. Each entree and side needs to be heated unless you are ordering a cold item or an entree  that requires finishing; baking , grilling or roasting. Instructions are always provided based on  the type of service you choose and the individual items. Example :We do not pre-cook a crab cake, lobster, steak,etc.

Do I need to supply anything?

Must definite.An appetite for great food.>>>>


Do I have to sign up for a certain amount of deliveries

No. We'll work around your needs. We have clients that use us every week, other twice a month , and monthly basis. Once we know your preference along with delivery time we pretty much reserve it for you.

Do I pay for the service in advance?

You pay when your order your meals. We send you an e-mail invoice describing the dinners you order. You pay from the invoice using PayPal. Very simple..

Do you do Catering ?

Only those directly related to you ; Family, friends or your business. We do this as a courtesy to you. We don't provide service on holidays
